Privacy Policy

Last updated: 13 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Taxturio (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our finance and tax management platform. By using Taxturio, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information we collect

Account information you provide when you register — such as your name, email address, organization name, and login credentials.

Business data you enter into the platform, including client records, invoices, SPK, tax documents, and financial transactions.

Usage and device information collected automatically, such as log data, IP address, browser type, and interactions with the service, used to operate and improve Taxturio.

2. How we use your information

To provide, maintain, and improve the platform and its features.

To authenticate users, enforce role-based access control, and secure your account.

To process subscriptions and payments, and to send service-related communications such as receipts and important notices.

To provide support and respond to your enquiries.

3. Data security

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is protected by role-based access control (RBAC) and optional two-factor authentication, and every request is authenticated with short-lived tokens.

We isolate each account's data so that client information is never shared across accounts.

4. Data retention

We retain your business data for as long as your account is active, and as needed to comply with legal, accounting, and tax obligations.

You may export or request deletion of your data, subject to applicable retention requirements.

5. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal or business data. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the platform (such as payment and infrastructure providers), under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

6. Your rights

You may access, correct, or delete your account information, and object to or restrict certain processing, in line with applicable data protection laws.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email, and the “last updated” date above will reflect the latest revision.
